Brian DalmasoChief Executive Officer
Brian Dalmaso started his career in the engineering department at General Electric's Navy and small steam Turbine division right after high school. His early years were dedicated to being on a team who designed nuclear turbines for submarines and power generation. Over the next decade at GE, Brian honed his engineering and communication skills while contributing to government projects. In 1998, with the closure of GE, he transitioned into new product development, exploring various industries such as solar, superconducting wires, plastics molding and design, automation, industrial design, and more.
Brian's first entrepreneurial venture launched in 2003 when he founded BMK Associates Inc., a design-build residential construction firm. Since then, he has founded and nurtured more than 10 companies and revenue streams across diverse sectors, from wealth mindset consulting and software to construction and finance. As the CEO of The Matrix Success Network, Matrix Success International, BMK Associates, Alvarium Systems, and Axiom Capital Inc., Brian is a business mastermind and truly possesses a unique ability to lead each of these businesses to high-ranking success and lucrative return. Brian has a fierce passion for teaching and mentoring achievement of wealth and business success and hopes to achieve worldwide influence through Contact Ninja and The Matrix Success Network.

Sabrina Gibbons brings a winning combination to companies of varied high-level business acumen, solution-focused thinking and desire to help others. For over 15 years, Sabrina’s tenacity and diverse experiences have translated to consistently earning her recognition as a leader and top producer in sales and business development, leading growth and innovation with new initiatives and products that disrupt markets. She has garnered a reputation as a leading consultant and strategist in many industries including fintech, ESG, biopharma/life sciences, medical devices and consumer technology products.
Sabrina's skills are comprised of leadership experiences and projects in the areas of management consulting, sales, business development, investor relations, fundraising, and client-strategy, and M&A. Sabrina has assisted multiple start-ups in Series A rounds, and acquisitions. Connecting people, services, and resources is a gift of Sabrina’s, and has allowed her to bring a large and varied network of capital sources from ultra-high net worth individuals to family offices, hedge funds and institutions. She has successfully fostered relationships between her alliances and world-renowned entities such as Henry Schein, Blackrock, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and Tanium. Sabrina proudly hails from the great state of Michigan, where she attended Michigan State University with a focus on Interdisciplinary Studies and Pre-Pharmacy. She and her family currently reside in Tampa, Florida.
Jay CahillTechnical Advisor
Jay enjoys working with intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial companies to shape innovative concepts into tangible businesses. His passion is working with people who challenge the what and the why - who drive everyone around them to higher levels of performance in creative and fun environments.
Jay has had the privilege of being part of some incredible technology companies, such as Oracle and Netherlands-based Spaaza. His professional experience encompasses a full spectrum of growth stages and roles: from a software engineer, product manager, sales engineer, enterprise account manager, to operations, and senior executive roles. He has worked globally in enterprise and consumer software/hardware/IoT companies and software services businesses - all opportunities that have provided Jay the good fortune of gaining a diverse perspective and the ability to understand consumers better. A sampling of Jay's portfolio projects include: IoT Wearables, Consumer Connected Devices, Voice interfaces, Enterprise Applications, Web and Mobile Marketing Sites, Social Media Integrations, eCommerce Platforms, Payment Gateways, and Location Based Solutions.

Brian is the CMO of Contact Ninja and his team at Michigan Creative are in charge of the creative and marketing at Contact Ninja.
Brian is the CEO of Michigan Creative, which he founded in 2011 after a long career in education. His superpower is helping his clients unlock parts of their brains to think about their business in ways they never have before. His team of 16 full-time creatives loves to solve problems in creative and inspiring ways.
Michigan Creative, under Brian's guidance, offers comprehensive services including web development, video production, branding, and advertising. They are committed to helping companies elevate their brand and unleash their creative potential.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication from Michigan State University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Brian's educational background is as robust as his professional journey. He makes his home in Okemos, Michigan, where he enjoys life with his wife Hollie and daughter Kora while her three siblings are off to work and college.

With a distinguished 20-plus year career intersecting the financial services and business consulting industries, Christian Medaglia, brings a nuanced and strategic perspective to operational and technological leadership. His experience in finance includes pivotal roles at Massachusetts banks, such as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer. Within these roles, he spearheaded initiatives that enhanced operational efficacy and technological advancements.
Further enriching his portfolio, Christian also made substantial contributions as a Business Process Consultant at one of the nation’s premier consulting firms. Here, he navigated the complexities of aligning strategic operational pathways with technology, building streamlined business processes that aligned with overarching organizational objectives. Christian continues to weave his expertise in technology and strategic operation into a coherent strategy, driving businesses toward a future of operational excellence and sustainable growth.
